- 2 Years ago: New Michigan prop, new VDO instruments ($3,500 invested). - July, 2018: Haul & Paint including bottom paint and new boot stripe (Shelter Island Boatyard), new starter motor, new fuel tanks ($15,000), - January 2019: New batteries (D house, D engine). - March, 2019: Extensive deck repair and resurface. Teak sanded smooth 1/8", caulk voids filled, soft spots dirilled and filled with Injectadeck deck repair epoxy, surface primed and coated with Durabak nonskid encapsulating sealer, final 2 coats of interlux deck paint applied ($7,500). - May, 2019: New high output alternator with custom bracket, new engine exhaust elbo installed ($625). - August 2019: After hundreds of sanding prep hours, all exterior woodwork treated with 3 coats cetol and final gloss clear coat, new engine room wiring, cabin battery switch and components, installed new holding tank and replaced all head plumbing hoses, installed new jabsco toilet in forward head, aft head is plumbed and toilet ready to be bolted down ($6,500).

Refinish and reassemble front hatch: The hatch has been sanded smooth and was planned for cetol coating. New custom made teak frame rails have been made to replace damaged pieces. - Rebuild rear cabin hatch frame rails. Note that this hatch is currently screwed shut and inoperable for security. - Engine room floor boards have been removed and repainted. They are currently in storage in San Diego and ready for reinstallation. - Install new wiring and relay for engine alarms. - Steam clean engine/room. - Finish installation of rear head toilet. - Detail pilothouse, and upper deck areas. - Thorough interior cleaning. - Polish exterior stainless. - Service and lube windlass.
